Ask David Ortiz, the famed Red Sox designated hitter, for
batting tips during a private meet and greet. Take the kids to a
pizza making class with Chef Ken Oringer. Attend a Boston Pops
concert and meet conductor Keith Lockhart. Bostonians and Beantown
visitors alike now have access to these exclusive experiences and
dozens more with the launch of Priceless Boston, MasterCard
announced today.
“Priceless Boston was created to celebrate the best Boston has
to offer, from its highly celebrated sports teams, to its
world-class education and arts programs, rich history, and
delicious cuisine,” said Raja Rajamannar, chief marketing officer,
MasterCard. “From North End to South End, we are working with our
partners to bring our cardholders that live in or visit the city
one-of-a kind experiences about which they are passionate.”
Boston is the seventh city in the U.S. to join the MasterCard
Priceless Cities program, designed to bring consumers closer
to their passions – dining, sports, shopping, arts and
entertainment, and travel – through one-of-a-kind experiences and
exclusive access. Initial partners in Priceless Boston include the
Boston Red Sox, Boston Pops, Museum of Science, TPC Network golf
courses, exhale spa, and restaurateur Ken Oringer, among
others.
“I’m proud to be partnering with MasterCard to help launch their
Priceless campaign in Boston. This city has embraced me and my
family for the past 14 years and I’m proud to call Boston home,”
said David Ortiz, Boston Red Sox player and Priceless Boston launch
partner. “I’ve experienced so many of my greatest memories here and
I’m now excited to be able to share some of the Priceless
experiences this city has to offer with you.”
From EAT to PLAY to SHOP and STAY,
MasterCard cardholders will have access to a wide variety of
priceless experiences throughout the year. A sample of additional
experiences that are available starting today on
www.priceless.com/boston includes:
- A Priceless day at Fenway Park that
includes a Red Sox player meet-and-greet, VIP pre game tour,
premium game tickets and one inning inside the Green Monster
- A VIP experience with Boston Ballet
that includes the best seats in the house to Mikko Nissinen’s Swan
Lake, backstage access to meet the dancers, and more

"I'm pleased that the Boston Pops, one of America's cultural
treasures, is part of the Priceless Boston campaign," said Boston
Pops Conductor Keith Lockhart. "This city has so many wonderful
attributes, and MasterCard's Priceless Boston is offering the best
in unique Boston experiences."
For MasterCard cardholders with the new JetBlue Card, select
Priceless Boston experiences have been curated that give them
access to some of the very best Boston has to offer. JetBlue and
Barclays announced the new suite of JetBlue MasterCard credit cards
earlier this year.
Launched in summer 2011 in New York, Priceless Cities has since
helped fuel unforgettable moments by curating priceless experiences
in over 40 cities around the world, to give cardholders new ways to
discover some of the world’s global destinations. MasterCard
