Partners Nevada, a DaVita Medical Group, (NYSE: DVA), today
announced the acquisition of WellHealth Quality Care, a respected
medical group and accountable care network in Southern Nevada.

"As we looked at ways to expand and grow to meet the needs of
our patients, it was an obvious decision to join a world-class
organization like HealthCare Partners," said Warren Volker, MD, founder and CEO of WellHealth
Quality Care. "Our decision was based on philosophical alignment
