Denbury Resources (DNR) specialises in monetising stranded oil from depleted oilfields in the US. The group achieves this via the large-scale injection and sweep of carbon dioxide (CO2) through reservoirs. Over the last 10 years DNR has developed a technical edge in implementing and managing CO2 floods, to the point of being a repeatable, proven process for the company. Its estimated 7.5tcf of natural CO2 deposits, combined with its technical expertise, has created a near monopoly for the company when acquiring depleted oil properties in the vicinity of its CO2 network. 


Denbury Resources is a growing, dividend-paying, US oil and natural gas company. The group’s primary focus is on enhanced oil recovery utilising carbon dioxide (CO2 EOR). DNR’s operations are centred on its two natural CO2 deposits in the Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain regions.
