DDR) declared its fourth quarter 2016 common stock dividend of
$0.19 per share, which represents an
increase of 10% from the fourth quarter of 2015. The common stock
dividend is payable on January 5,
2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on
December 13, 2016.
