ConocoPhillips (COP) is near an agreement to sell some Western Canada assets to multiple buyers including Canadian Natural Resources Ltd., Bloomberg News reported Tuesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The properties are in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, Bloomberg reported.
