Japan's final industrial production data for May is due at 12:30
am ET Friday.
Ahead of the data, the yen held steady against its major
rivals.
As of 12:25 am ET, the yen was trading at 129.38 against the
euro, 146.90 against the pound, 117.32 against the Swiss franc and
113.43 against the U.S. dollar.
