VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (the "Company" or
"VOF")
Cancellation of shares from trading on AIM - Update
The Company announces that further to the announcement dated 21
October 2015, the cancellation of its shares from trading on AIM
and the move to the Premium segment of the London Stock Exchange
Main Market which was scheduled to occur at 7.00 a.m. on 20
November 2015 has been delayed and is now expected to take place in
January 2016. The delay is due to the complexity of the regulatory
process. To date no unforeseen regulatory issues have arisen. A
further announcement in connection with the listing process will be
made in due course.
