Notification of Interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

Standard Life Investments Long Term Incentive Plan (2013) ("SLI LTIP")

On 25 March 2013, the Company granted options ("awards") in the form of nil cost options to the undernoted PDMR under the Standard Life Investments Long Term Incentive Plan ("SLI LTIP"). These awards vested, to the extent that the agreed SLI performance condition was met, on 25 March 2016. No consideration was payable on the vesting of these awards.

During the vesting periods for the above awards, the awards carried a right to receive dividend equivalents, to the extent that the awards vested. The dividend equivalents were delivered as additional shares.
