Derek Harding, Group Finance Director, to leave Senior plc

Senior plc ("Senior" or "the Group") today announces that Derek Harding, Group Finance Director, will be leaving Senior to become Group Finance Director of Shop Direct, a leading UK digital retailer. The process to recruit and select his replacement will commence immediately and Derek will remain in post until his successor is appointed, which the Board expects to be later this year.

David Squires, Group Chief Executive, said:

While we are disappointed that he is leaving, we will ensure that a suitably high calibre successor is appointed and that a smooth transition takes place."
