Derek Harding, Group Finance Director, transferred 47,405 Ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company to his wife for nil
consideration on 6 March 2015. Following the transfer, Mr and Mrs
Harding's combined shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at
67,405 Ordinary shares.
