First Day of Dealings on Main Market

PureCircle, the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, announces that its ordinary shares will today be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities at 8:00 am ("Admission"). Trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously with Admission.

The Company's TIDM code on the London Stock Exchange will continue to be PURE. On Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 172,206,294 Ordinary Shares, of which a total of 104,290 are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 172,102,004 Ordinary Shares.
