PureCircle, the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, announces the grant of 40,000 options to Mr Rakesh Sinha, a PDMR, under the terms of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.

The options over Ordinary Shares is granted on 23 May 2016 and may vest equally on his employment anniversary over the next 3 years. The options over Ordinary Shares have a Nil exercise price.

Following this transaction, Mr. Sinha has an interest in 40,000 options over Ordinary Shares in the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
