PureCircle, the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, announces that it was notified on 18 April 2016 that Mr Chin Y.F., a PDMR, sold a total of 41,300 ordinary shares of US 0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP3.80 per Ordinary Share on 14 and 15 April 2016.

Following this transaction, Mr. Chin has an interest in 25,000 Ordinary Shares and 141,776 options over Ordinary Shares in the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
