LONDON--Plexus Holdings PLC (POS.LN) said Monday that it will supply wellhead and mud-line equipment to Centrica Norway, a unit of Centrica PLC (CNA.LN), under a four year framework agreement.

The oil and gas engineering services business said the equipment will be for jack up exploration wells of all pressure ratings in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea. The agreement also includes up to three further one year contract extension condition, the company added.

Shares of Plexus at 0806 GMT unchanged at 100 pence.
