Final Dividend - exchange rate
Petrofac Limited hereby confirms that further to the
announcement made on Tuesday, 25 February 2015 of a final year
dividend of 43.80 US cents per ordinary share payable on Friday, 22
May 2015 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of
business on Friday, 17 April 2015, the exchange rate to be used to
convert the dividend payment from US dollars to UK Sterling (for
those shareholders who did not elect to receive payment in US
dollars) will be US$1.5028:GBP1 (being the Bank of England sterling
spot rate as at midday on Friday, 17 April 2015).
Accordingly, the UK Sterling amount of dividend payable on
Friday, 22 May 2015 will be 29.15 pence per share.
