PROACTIS Holdings PLC
Awarded two new higher education contracts in The
Netherlands
PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS", the "Group" or the
"Company"), a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution
provider, today announces that, it has been awarded two higher
education contracts in The Netherlands. In addition to those
existing contracts currently in place, PROACTIS' platform now
supports 134,000 students and 12,400 staff across four higher
education establishments in the sector.
Hogeschool Fontys and Hanze Hogeschool Groningen have selected
PROACTIS' solutions to support strategic sourcing and contract
management processes, supplier management processes, management of
daily purchase activity, efficient invoice processing and spend
visibility. Proactis' proven capability to integrate with the
existing Microsoft Dynamics, CODA-Financials and Peoplesoft finance
systems was a key factor in the contract wins.
The two existing higher education contracts are detailed
below:
-- Hogeschool Inholland: has been a client since 2010 and is the
largest education establishment in The Netherlands, across nine
locations. It chose PROACTIS to implement its solutions across all
its sites to improve and streamline its procurement and
purchase-to-pay processes.
-- Hogeschool Utrecht: has been a client since 2012. It selected
PROACTIS' full suite of source-to-contract and purchase-to-pay
software for its 11 locations.
Rod Jones, CEO of PROACTIS, commented:
"I am pleased to announce the two new contracts, which
illustrate our in depth knowledge of the higher education space and
its e-procurement needs. In particular, the technical capability to
integrate our software has been highlighted again as key to the
contract wins.
"We truly understand that the education sector needs solutions
that provide a tangible return on investment, and clear visibility
of spending and procurement. With this in mind we look forward to
working with Hogeschool Fontys and Hanze Hogeschool Groningen
whilst further extending our work within this dynamic sector."
