LONDON--Jersey Oil and Gas PLC (JOG.LN) said Thursday that it and partner CIECO Exploration and Production (U.K.) Ltd. have completed the previously announced farm-out agreement with Statoil (U.K.) Ltd. for the U.K. Seaward License P.2170, Blocks 20/5 billion and 21/1d located in the North Sea.

Shares of Jersey Oil at 1418 GMT trading 53.4% higher at 69 pence.
