Following State and Federal guidelines, during the past seven
months, Green Cures and Botanical Distribution Inc. has worked
diligently and successfully introduced numerous hemp infused and
CBD-derived products to the markets. Management of Green
Cures announced that it has completed setting the foundation of
what they believe is a company able to conduct business in multiple
industries, as it has the potential to operate in different markets
with their numerous products.

Distribution Inc. stated that it continues to work with Nutritional
Products International "NPI," a Florida corporation, which is currently acting
as a consultant and marketing service representative concerning
