European Economics Preview: Germany's Revised GDP Data Due

Revised quarterly national accounts from Germany is due on
Wednesday, headlining a light day for the European economic
news.
At 2.00 am ET, Destatis is scheduled to publish Germany's
revised GDP data. According to preliminary estimate, the economy
grew 0.4 percent sequentially in the second quarter.
In the meantime, Swiss UBS consumption indicator for July is
due. The index stood at 1.34 in June.
At 3.00 am ET, the Czech Statistical Office is set to publish
business confidence survey results for August.
At 4.00 am ET, unemployment data from Norway is due. The jobless
rate is expected to remain unchanged at 4.7 percent in June.
At 4.30 am ET, British Bankers' Association releases U.K.
mortgage approvals report. The number of mortgage approvals is seen
falling to 38,000 in July from 40,103 in June.
At 7.00 am ET, Iceland's central bank announces its interest
rate decision.
