The U.S. dollar has been falling against the franc and the euro in early New York deals on Friday following reports that German Chancellor Merkel and French Prime Minister Hollande agreed to do necessary measures to keep Eurozone intact.

The greenback touched 4-week lows of 0.9732 against the franc and 1.2345 against the euro, compared to yesterday's close of 0.9781 and 1.2283, respectively. The next downside target level for the greenback is seen at 0.97 against the franc and 1.237 against the euro.
