RTC announces that on 26 September 2011, JT White, a non executive director of the Company, purchased 57,142 ordinary shares of one penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 7p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). The Purchase takes his holding to 15.2 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares.
