Dealings by Directors

Dairy Crest's 2011 Deferred Bonus Plan ("2011 DBP") and 2011 Long Term Incentive Share Plan ("2011 LTISP") both vested following the announcement by the Company on 6 November 2014 of its agreement, conditional on the approval of the relevant competition authorities and of shareholders, to sell the assets of its Dairies operations to Müller UK & Ireland Group.

On 26 November 2014 Dairy Crest's three Executive Directors, Mark Allen, Tom Atherton and Martyn Wilks informed Dairy Crest that on 25 November 2014 they had exercised the following nil-cost options over Dairy Crest ordinary 25 pence shares under the 2011 DBP and 2011 LTISP.
