DCC CEO Steps Down, Buys Shell's Hong Kong LPG Business

LONDON-- DCC PLC (DCC.LN), a sales, marketing and distribution
specialist operating in energy, health, technology and environment
sectors, Wednesday announced the resignation Tommy Breen of chief
executive effective July, replaced by Donal Murphy, managing
director of the energy division.
DCC also said it has been trading in line with expectations and
expects operating profit and adjusted earnings per share for the
year ended March 31 will be significantly ahead of the prior year
and in line with current market consensus.
DCC also announced the acquisition of Royal Dutch Shell PLC's
(RDSA.LN) liquid petroleum gas business in Hong Kong for HK1.17
billion ($150 million).
