Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of ordinary shares of 614/81 pence ('Shares')

On 26 May 2015, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

 
 
    -- Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 643 

Shares at a price of 277.3 pence per Share; and

 
    -- Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 720 Shares at a 

price of 277.3 pence per Share.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 26 May 2015.
