Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons

Cape plc (the "Company"), the international provider of essential, non-mechanical industrial and specialist services to the energy and mineral resources sectors, was notified on 17 September 2014 of the following purchase by a connected party of a director of the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each (ISIN number JE00B5SJJD95) ("Ordinary Shares"):

Mrs. Jane Oatley, the wife of Mr. Jonathan Oatley, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 7,000 Ordinary Shares at a reference share price of GBP2.8628 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Oatley and his connected parties have a beneficial interest in 62,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.051 per cent of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
