Change in director details

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Cape plc (CIU.LN), an international leader in the provision of critical industrial services to the energy and natural resources sectors, announces that it has been notified that Mary Reilly, non-executive director of Cape plc, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Essentra plc, a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1(st) July 2017. Mary continues as a non-executive director of Cape plc.
