Director Shareholdings

The Company announces that on December 22, 2013 it was notified that Eric
Brown, a Director of the Company made a transfer of 15,000 shares. There was no
change in beneficial ownership as a result of the transfer.  The shares were
transferred from Mr. Brown's personal shareholdings to E M Brown Consulting
Corp., a company which is wholly-owned by Mr. Brown.
