LONDON--Avation PLC (AVAP.LN), a commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, Tuesday said it purchased completed the delivery of an Airbus Group SE (AIR.FR) A321-200 aircraft to Vietnamese carrier VietJet Aviation JSC (VJET.YY).

It said the "long-term" operating lease terms is typical for an aircraft of this type, without adding details.

The company said it arranged a debt facility with an existing banker to support the purchase, without elaborating.

At 0757 GMT, shares rose 1.8% to 144 pence.
