Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, was informed on 16 November 2016, after the close of market on 16 November and before the opening of the market on 17 November, by Crede CG III Ltd that it held 30,093,459 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as at 16 November 2016, representing 5.06% of the issued Ordinary Shares and voting rights of Amur.
