Result of EGM

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

Accordingly, further to the Company's announcement of 29 September 2016, Mr. Dori Ivzori joins the Board of Directors, and assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Arik Dayan steps down from his position on the Board with immediate effect.
