The Board of Alexander announces the resignation of Emil Morfett as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Morfett was asked to step down from the Board to help reduce overheads and streamline the management of the Company.

Matt Sutcliffe, Executive Chairman, commented: "Emil has made considerable contributions to the strategy and development of the Company over the last eight years drawing on his extensive experience in public markets. On behalf of my fellow Board members I would like to thank Emil and will remain in touch as a valued friend and loyal shareholder."
