AirAsia Signs $105 Million Contract With Air France Industries KLM Engineering

KUALA LUMPUR--Malaysian low-cost airline AirAsia Bhd (5099.KU)
said Thursday it has signed a $105 million component support
agreement for its fleet of Airbus A320neo passenger jets with Air
France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance.
The value of the contract, which includes component repair
services, wasn't disclosed.
AirAsia, which took delivery of its first A320neo earlier this
year, said it expects to eventually have 304 A320neo jets.
