On 15 January 2016, the Company was informed that, on that day, Nautical Adventure Limited, a company which is wholly owned by Mr. Conor MacNamara, a director of the Company, acquired 195,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 63.5 cents per share ("the Transaction").

Following the Transaction, Mr. MacNamara's total interest in the Company is 195,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.10% of the Company's total voting rights.
