Interim Dividend

The Board has declared an interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2015 of 2.74 US cents per share.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register on the record date of 6 May 2016. The shares will have an ex-date of 5 May 2016 and the dividend will be paid on 3 June 2016.

This interim dividend is capable of being paid in sterling, rather than US dollars, provided that the relevant shareholder has registered to receive their dividend in sterling under the Company's Dividend Currency Election, or registers to do so by the close of business on 17 May 2016. A copy of the Dividend Currency Election form, which should be sent to Capita Asset Services, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU when completed, can be found on the Company's website at http://www.acencia.co.uk/. A letter will also be sent to all shareholders on the register.
