ABERDEEN ASIAN SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 1 October 2015, Aberdeen Asian Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC purchased in the market 16,271 Ordinary shares at 707.48 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
