ASOS Plc (the 'Company')
Result of AGM
ASOS Plc is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions, as
set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, were duly passed
by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 30
November 2017, as set out in the table below.
