LONDON-- WPP PLC (WPP.LN) Monday said its subsidiary ghg/greyhealth group has acquired The Lathe, LLC, a mobile app developer and digital design company specializing in health care in the U.S., for an undisclosed fee.

Shares at 1610 GMT, down 4 pence, or 0.26%, at 1,513 pence valuing the company at GBP19.6 billion.
