-- TD Ameritrade Holding Corp., based in Omaha, Neb., said Chief
Financial Officer Bill Gerber will retire from the
financial-services company, effective Sept. 30.
-- Wipro Ltd., a computer-services provider based in Bangalore,
India, tapped Jatin Dalal as CFO, effective April 1. Mr. Dalal, the
company's senior vice president of finance, will succeed Suresh
Senapaty, who will retire.
-- Investors Bancorp Inc., the Short Hills, N.J, holding company
for Investors Bank, named Sean Burke CFO. Mr. Burke is a managing
director and head of U.S. depository institutions at RBC Capital
Markets. He will succeed Thomas Splaine Jr., who will become senior
vice president for financial planning and analysis and investor
relations at the holding company and at Investors Bank.
-- Burlington Stores Inc., a discount clothing retailer based in
Florence, N.J., named Marc Katz CFO. Mr. Katz, most recently the
company's executive vice president of merchandise support and
information technology, succeeds Todd Weyhrich, who retired.
-- DigitalGlobe Inc., a Longmont, Colo., satellite-imaging
company said Gary Ferrera would become its next CFO by March 9. Mr.
Ferrera, previously CFO at Intrawest Resorts Holdings Inc.,
succeeds interim CFO Fred Graffam.
-- Texas Roadhouse Inc., a restaurant chain based in Louisville,
Ky., said President Scott Colosi now serves as interim CFO. The
appointment comes with the resignation of G. Price Cooper IV, who
has left the company to become CFO of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
Inc.
