Harry "Hal" Lawton, most recently senior vide president of
merchandising with Home Depot Inc., will head eBay's North American
operations.

She succeeds Michael Jacobsen, who plans to leave the company
following the PayPal split.
Scott Cutler, most recently executive vice president for the New
York Stock Exchange in charge of global listings, will serve as
president of ticket marketplace StubHub.
The San Jose, Calif., online retailer, which boasts about 155
million active buyers and 25 million sellers, will have about $9
