Indian Rupee Falls To 6-day Low Against U.S. Dollar

(RTTNews) - The Indian rupee weakened against the U.S. dollar in the morning deals on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the benchmark BSE Sensex was down 280.32 points or 1.19 percent at 23,998. Also, the broader Nifty index was down 90.50 points or 1.19 percent at 7,298.
Against the greenback, the rupee fell to a 6-day low of 68.1950 from an early high of 68.1050. At yesterday's close, the rupee was trading at 67.9000 against the greenback.
If the rupee extends its downtrend, it is likely to find support around the 69.00 area.
