Directors Shareholdings


Libra Natural Resources plc (the "Company"), the international cleaner fuel
company, was notified today that Mr. G. Smith, a Director of the Company,
purchased 170,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each at a price of 12p each on 22 June
2007. As a result Mr. G. Smith is interested in 170,000 ordinary shares,
representing 0.1% of the total voting rights.

The Company was also notified today that Mr. M. Campanale, a Director of the
Company, purchased 86,081 ordinary shares of 0.2p each at a price of 11.5p each
on 22 June 2007. As a result Mr. M. Campanale is interested in 86,081 ordinary
shares, representing less than 0.1% of the total voting rights.
