                            Director's Shareholding

The Company has been informed that on 12 December 2007, Ken Pratt, Managing
Director of Operations & Finance of Imagesound, purchased 140,000 shares at
12.25 pence per share. Mr. Pratt has a beneficial interest of 1,365,500 shares
which represents 2.2 per cent. of the issued ordinary shared capital of the
Company.
