STATEMENT RE SUSPENSION 
1 December 2010 
Allianz Dresdner Endowment Policy Trust 2010 plc (the "Company") announces that, 
as set out in the circular (the "Circular") to shareholders published on 4 
November 2010, the Company's ordinary shares were suspended from listing on the 
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and from trading on the London Stock 
Exchange at 7.30 a.m. this morning, 1 December 2010.  It is expected that 
listing of those shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority will be 
cancelled no later than 8.00 a.m. on 2 December 2010.
