When I first bought JAGX the share total was about 7 million shares. She diluted hundreds of million shares in a year. She has proven she has done it after many reverse splits. Just like the last time this could go below $1 again and soon.
Everyone will be watching what a reverse split will

Regarding NCPL: I like the set up for this stock. Chart looked really good yesterday for breakout today. Low float. If the volume can maintain here then it could be fun to watch at 09:30am.
