I believe it's because they were on the brink of lapsing per the newest 2022 annual that was just filed. I think it's something like 30 days of the date due then it goes Pink Limited. Per they're last PR though, they'll soon be filing the 2023.

Once approved, the Company will commence the process of meeting the OTC’s disclosure requirements, which include filing unaudited financial statements for the annual period ended June 30, 2022 and subsequent quarterly reports for Fiscal 2023.

Last week $XDSL filed a Form 15 to DEREGISTER w/ the SEC because the books are such a mess nobody knows what's going on.

That filing indicates something is happening, but it ain't necessarily good for investors...

They need to update filings w/ OTC now to get back PINK current at the very least, so folks can trade it again.

Manage you positions after entry - small losses are OK. And re-entries are OK.

But letting small losses become big losses is never OK.
