Looks like buyer left the building.

Generally no news is less favorable, especially on otc. Maybe an actual good news event is imminent. Biz has been stagnant for several years. A reverse merger with a company of value would be a best case scenario. Given the share structures, there's a lot of upside value on the acquisition. Just my take.

Yes, someone loading for no apparent reason. Bid just increased to 50K at $0.022.

It's a conundrum eh? Nothing is ever what it appears or expected. A real OTC shell and enigma..

Not sure but usually this action precedes an increase in outstanding and restricted shares. Given the last 3 year's of zero credibility and incompetence, I'm not placing any importance on this until credible news is released. To many false starts and games to add into dead monies.

Revenues are essentially flat so don't get all their verbage on dynamic growth and opportunities. Maybe they'll eventually find a revenue catalyst or acquisition. Not much credibility here but you never know eh?
