When the conjecture gets better, this one will rise again. Like what has been said in the past, it’s a well managed shell that could be a candidate for a R/M in the future.

My opinion? Buy as low as possible, I was in touch with IR before, he replies if you ask a question. Though my only concern is they do not engage the market with PRs anymore, that’s why we see this capitulation.

Yep...I went in one day to early but just for 200k...looking at the filings, SS, revenue it is a legitimate ticker for once...I didn't follow though in the past but I do not see complete retreat in the past but only nice spikes and smaller retreats so I don't know how long the recovery takes....what is your opinion?

It's a clean reverse merger shell candidate. No notes, majority of low outstanding is insider owned. The value is in the low authorized and outstanding.

Generally no news is less favorable, especially on otc. Maybe an actual good news event is imminent. Biz has been stagnant for several years. A reverse merger with a company of value would be a best case scenario. Given the share structures, there's a lot of upside value on the acquisition. Just my take.

Not sure but usually this action precedes an increase in outstanding and restricted shares. Given the last 3 year's of zero credibility and incompetence, I'm not placing any importance on this until credible news is released. To many false starts and games to add into dead monies.
