The government has been injecting $2.5 trillion per year into the economy and markets, yet most companies have been posting lower net income than prior year. This is looking terrible.

On Sept 27th, we will have a new day of infamy. The Biden-Harris administation will have achieved a new record of debt increase within any term. The debt increase will exceed the prior record of $7.64 trillion. There are 4 months to go, so they will likely exceed $8.1 trillion. Miserable!

The S&P CAPE index is way overvalued, should be 14-16, but is now over 36. We could easily see a 60% drop in the markets and they would still be overvalued. Beware.
