I believe the company needs to put out a statement.    The IR  claim the company is working on the best direction for the shareholders.   Looks like they have not been doing anything but trying to deceive investors.  It's easy to belive when you only hear from one side.

So, in essence, a company that sucks at submissions, submitted to an entity that sucks at acceptence performance metrics, (as in VERY SLOW and VERY FEW approvals, only 2), and people are suprised. It's already way late and certainly was not 'fast tracked'.
