I’m sitting on a sizeable pile - have yet to sell a single share. Even during the last run to .14 - which in hindsight was not the best move - lol.

Regardless, I am holding tight until this hits a quarter or better, which based on what’s been going on is almost a certainty. Just a matter of time.

For the first time in a LONG time, L2 has multiple MM on the bid this morning at 42. One morning without any notice we will wake up and see this one run given the share count and the number of holders that understand what they have.

Shoon pulled a post from back when it was at .001 and I was mad/venting about those dark custodianship days lol. Trying to use my own material against me when he can't do chart and post date comparisons. Surprised that he managed to write entire essays over it.

The key item to understand at MGON is this new management brought the company from the dead back in late 2020 after custodianship took possession in 2018 and that custodianship group failed to bring company current.
New managed did and with 3 years of past audits, Form 1A/A filed and moving forward.

Outstanding Shares is at 291,876,881 and basically entry point .002-.004 thus NO BAGHOLDERS
Company has $381,000 in loan debt to this management

Very well said! Dude went off the rails when he saw that I wasn't happy with past leadership. It was agonizing for us. I remember when this hit .0001 a share and I bought more with no/little faith in the company. Took huge profits when it ran, and re-entered.

Since then, I have renewed faith in the company with the new products, new leadership, new developments. Shoondale is having a field-day reading about my past posts. Might as well sell my MGON biography here soon.

Really, anyone who had charted this stock would know several stockholders had a VERY nice ride from September 2020 into 2021. Not sure why you believe anyone here is part of a Ponzi scheme.

Back in 2018 MGON was trading at half its current price point. At the time of the post, you selected it was trading at a penny and soon ran up to over $0.12.

NOW, had you taken the time to read your favorite poster, you would have noted that he and several others took our profits and have since either reentered the stock or have added to our holdings after the company updated its financials and has acquired a number of different product lines.

Had you taken the time to review our posts, you would find there is no "boiler room" here with endless pumping. In fact, you will find the opposite with informed and educated investors who have an understanding how to read financials and how to identify the risk of OTC stocks.

There is no Ponzi Scheme here. After all, given my prior work with the FBI in taking down two other Ponzi schemes, I have a better idea of how to identify them.
